Trying this again after You Tube decided to lose my first post. I had a Sekonic 308 and I did somewhat of a comparison with a smartphone app called Lux. I found that the app was an excellent choice for a metering solution for a photographer on a budget. Anyway maybe you could do a future video about the camera apps available for photographers and how budget friendly they are?
I believe that buy once cry once isn’t the be all to end all. You should buy the cheap one at first (in terms of tripod it would be the amazon basic) and if you use it enough/outgrow it then spend the money. No point spending lots of money on your first tripod to then realise that you never use it as you are a shoot from the hip kind of person.
